Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to bespoke digital services provided by VOID DECK DIGITAL (UEN 53524712E). Because every project is custom-scoped, refunds and cancellations follow the rules below.

Deposits & refunds

We provide custom web design, development, and related digital services. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has kicked off (after the discovery phase and once work on your Statement of Work has begun). Discovery calls are free; package fees apply only when you book a tier.

Cancellation

You may cancel before project kickoff for a full refund of any amount paid. After kickoff, the deposit secures our delivery schedule and covers discovery, design, and build time already allocated to your project; it cannot be refunded. If we cancel a project due to our inability to deliver, we will refund any unused prepaid amounts.

Fulfillment & delivery

Web project delivery timelines are agreed in your Statement of Work (SOW), typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks depending on package selection. Milestones (e.g. design approval, staging review, launch) are defined in the SOW. We deliver within the agreed window unless delays are caused by missing client assets or approvals; we will communicate revised dates promptly.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing concern, contact us at the email below before disputing with your bank. Card charges appear as VOID DECK DIGITAL or VOIDDECK.DIGITAL on your statement, matching voiddeck.digital.
